Growing dead hedge

In winter the 'dead hedge' receives regularly an amount of dead cuttings of almond and oak trees and removed brambles. Installed in March last year, it protects now almost one side of the vegetable garden (from wind and wild boar) and is now 9 meters long and 80 cm high, with a width of 40 cm. I haven´t seen it move in strong winds so it must be quite stable.

En invierno el ´seto muerto´ recibe regularmente una cantidad de ramas de almendros, robles y zarzas. Montado en marzo del año pasado, ya protege casi un lado del huerto (contra el viento y los jabalís) y mide ahora 9 metros de largo y 80 cm de alto, con una anchura de 40 cm. No lo he visto moverse en vientos fuertes asi que supongo que es bastante estable.
